Welcome to Sleep Haven coaching. Together, we will explore how you can improve your sleep, using CBTi (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia) if appropriate for your sleep condition.
Sleep Haven coaching using thought and behaviour training for insomnia-related sleep conditions (CBTi) is based on the premise that your body has the innate ability to sleep. With the right mindset, supportive thought patterns and helpful lifestyle & sleep habits, you will be able to get in tune with sleeping well naturally.
The coaching process includes sleep education and introduction to a series of evidence-based CBTi techniques that will support you in your sleep improvement journey.
To bring our ‘best selves’ to the coaching relationship, we must share the same understanding of how we will work together. To get the most from our time, we need to clearly understand our work together.
