SLEEP HAVEN aims to normalise and mainstream taking care of your sleep naturally by providing a more accessible and affordable path to the gold standard treatment for insomnia-related sleep difficulties (CBTi), delivering sleep therapy a way that encourages self-help for those who are up for helping themselves.
It provides access to the internationally recognised thought and behaviour training for sleep (CBTi) that’s proven to effectively and sustainably overcome persistent insomnia-related sleep problems. While Sleep Haven’s initiatives and advice are backed by sleep science, it uses the
lived-experience, practical approach. This makes its ‘Sleep Easy’ programme and sleep coaching warm, compassionate, real and reassuringly ‘do-able’.
